How are your batteries delivered?
How are your batteries delivered?
To ensure safe and secure delivery of your valuable Fogstar battery, a palleted shipment via our dedicated Hazchem partner is required. Due to the value of the products (and the size and weight), you'll need to be present to sign for the delivery on a scheduled date (arranged within 2-3 days of your order).
While we can't provide specific time slots when we book the delivery in, you can call our team on the delivery day for a closer estimate. This specialised delivery is complimentary, so enjoy the peace of mind that comes with professional handling from our Hazchem partners.
