Envision Warranty

Fogstar warrants our Envision AESC Prismatic Cells ("Product") against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase ("Warranty Term"). This warranty is non-transferrable and only applies to the original purchaser of the Product.

Warranty Coverage:

This warranty covers the repair or replacement of a Product, at Fogstar's sole discretion, that is found to be defective within the Warranty Term. If Fogstar determines that a Product is faulty, Fogstar will ship a new Product to you immediately. You will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping the replacement Product.

Warranty Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover the following:

  • Products that have been damaged due to gross negligence, including but not limited to, improper handling, storage, or maintenance.
  • Normal wear and tear of the Product.
  • Damage caused by accident, collision, or other external factors.
  • Abuse of the Product, including but not limited to, exceeding the Product's capacity or using it for unintended purposes.
  • Incorrect installation of the Product.

Warranty Claims:

To make a warranty claim, you will need to provide Fogstar with a copy of your original purchase receipt and a description of the alleged defect. Fogstar will verify your purchase before processing any warranty claims or returns. Contact the Fogstar Customer Service team for support.
