Collection: EVE Cells Warranty

Fogstar provides a manufacturers warranty on all of the EVE LiFePO4 battery products, against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase ("Warranty Term"). This warranty is non-transferrable and only applies to the original purchaser of the product.

Warranty Coverage:

This warranty covers the repair or replacement of a product, at Fogstar's sole discretion, that is found to be defective within the Warranty Term. If Fogstar determines that a product is faulty, Fogstar will ship a new product to you immediately. You will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping the replacement product.

Warranty Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover the following:

• Products that have been damaged due to gross negligence, including but not limited to, improper handling, storage, or maintenance.
• Normal wear and tear of the product.
• Damage caused by accident, collision, or other external factors.
• Abuse of the product, including but not limited to, exceeding the product's capacity or using it for unintended purposes.
• Incorrect installation of the product.

Warranty Claims:

To make a warranty claim, you will need to provide Fogstar with a copy of your original purchase receipt and a description of the alleged defect. Fogstar will verify your purchase before processing any warranty claims or returns.

Additional Information:

This warranty is your sole and exclusive remedy and supersedes all other warranties, expressed or implied. Fogstar shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of this product.
