Collection: Seplos Mason Warranty
Seplos provides a manufacturers warranty on all of the Seplos Mason and Seplos Mason 280L products, against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of original purchase ("Warranty Term"). This warranty is non-transferrable and only applies to the original purchaser of the product.
Warranty Period
- Seplos Mason Kit: 2 years
What's Covered
This warranty covers any manufacturing defects or issues that arise due to normal usage of the Seplos Mason Kit.
What's Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship of the Seplos Mason Kit.
- Conditions, malfunctions, or damage resulting from negligence, improper maintenance, or modification of the Seplos Mason Kit.
- Damage or loss caused by unauthorized modification or misuse of the Seplos Mason Kit.
Obtaining Warranty Service
To obtain warranty service, in the first instance please contact Seplos customer support with a copy of your purchase receipt and a description of the problem you are experiencing. The team will then work with you to determine the best course of action for resolving the issue.
