Engineered for use with Fogstar Energy 51.2V rack batteries, this cabinet provides IP56-rated protection against dust and water ingress, making it ideal for year-round outdoor use in demanding environments.
The cabinet can house up to (8) eight Fogstar Energy rack batteries and features integrated nickel-plated copper busbars, allowing for simple, balanced parallel connections. Vented front panelling supports airflow around installed batteries, while top and bottom cable entry points ensure a clean, professional installation.
Manufactured from durable carbonised steel, the cabinet includes a lockable front door, bug-proof grating, and a slanted roof to help shed rainwater efficiently. A perfect solution for customers looking to build or expand an outdoor energy storage system over time.

We supply a pair of 1.5m battery cables with Amphenol connector, designed for reliable battery to battery communication and power linking in parallel setups. For correct installation, always connect all negative conductors before the positive.
A 1.5m communication cable is included for RS485/CAN data exchange, along with a 1.8m PC cable for direct computer connection, system setup, and diagnostics.
These accessories allow the battery to integrate easily into both single-unit and multi-unit configurations.
The Fogstar Energy IP-Rated 16.1kWh battery comes with a 10-year warranty covering BMS failure, cell failure, temperature sensors, charging/discharging faults, and internal corrosion.
